Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Georgia Tech with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. After working at a research and development laboratory for the Department of Defense, Keith attended law school at the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors. Experienced in trial and multiple areas of litigation, Keith has represented clients in auto and motorcycle negligence actions, trucking accidents, products liability cases, wrongful death cases, medical malpractice actions and more. Keith has tried cases in courtrooms in counties throughout Florida, and he has argued before the 2nd District State Court of Appeals, as well as the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Keith has a passion for motorsports; from club driving at Sebring, high speed personal watercraft and boating, to motorcycles. Following his own enthusiasm for a variety of motorsports, Keith's practice, in addition to other injury cases, developed a focus on representing the motorcycle community.
During his career, Keith has recovered millions of dollars for injured clients and their families.
Martindale-Hubbell, a publication that rates attorneys, has assigned Mr. Thomas an AV rating. AV is the highest rating given by the publication. Keith is also a Florida Qualified Arbitrator, a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, as well as the Florida, St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bars. |
